City of Wildwood
The City of Wildwood is actively working to promote the development and establishment of a downtown that is authentic to Wildwood. Previous studies that looked at the streetscape and economic redevelopment have been completed and can be found here help to build the complete picture and process of how we will developed a thriving downtown.
Ayres Associates
Ayres Associates is multi disciplinary firm with deep history of working with communities in Florida. The Planning and Landscape Architecture group at Ayres will lead the effort to develop the downtown plan for Wildwood. They will be supported with the help of transportation engineers from the Tampa Bay office and Vibrant Community Partners. Chris Silewski (Landscape Architect) and Binoy Panicker (Planner) will be active in all community engagement, plan development and collaboration. We can wait to meet you at the next meeting!.
